Product Safety & Customer Responsibility

Kingdom Totoka Scents supplies candles, reed diffusers, car air fresheners and home fragrance products for personal use.

Once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer, the customer is responsible for the safe use, handling, storage and care of the product.

Candles must never be left burning unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, bedding, paper and anything flammable. Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Do not move candles while lit or while the wax is hot.

Kingdom Totoka Scents is not responsible for damage, injury, loss or fire caused by misuse, unsafe handling, failure to follow safety instructions, leaving candles unattended, or placing products near flammable materials.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us so we can review the issue in line with UK consumer law.
